The fossils in this group are from the Indian River of Florida near Merritt Island. The shelly matrix is from a spoil island consisting of dredge material for a shipping channel. It is of Pleistocene age and is considered ‘Melbourne Bone Bed’. The scale is millimeters unless otherwise noted.
